Kate began her yoga journey more than 20 years ago and completed her first yoga teacher training in 2008 after an 18-month mentorship-style training. Since then, she has continued to deepen her study through workshops, intensive practice and Ashram Sadhana.

“Yoga is not separate from life. It is the way we listen, breathe, feel, soften, and come home to ourselves.”

Tattwadarshi offers meditation with warmth, depth and lived experience. Her teaching is gentle, honest and practical — supporting students to develop calm, self-awareness, and a more meaningful connection with themselves.
